Madrid
Our trip begins in one of the most beautiful cities in Europe, the capital of Spain - the majestic Madrid. This city has a long history since the reign of the Arabs. The name of Madrid comes from the Arabic 'machra' (water) and 'it' (abundance) and means 'source of high waters'.

The culture and appearance of Madrid reflect its history as a real city with magnificent palaces, the centre of the Spanish Empire. Therefore, the architecture of the old Madrid is a masterpiece, which worked over centuries masters of different eras. You can see a large number of amazing cathedrals, palace complexes of Baroque, Plateresque, Gothic and Renaissance style, architectural ensembles of ancient Roman and neo-Roman style churches. The road from the Royal Palace and the Almudena Cathedral will take you through the old streets to the San Miguel Market and the 'Plaza Mayor'. And from the nearby 'Puerta del Sol' with the famous symbol of Madrid, the bear with a strawberry bush, which is also considered a place for dating, you will arrive at the main street of this city The Gran Vía. In the afternoon here you'll see the regular business life of the citizens. All the central offices and headquarters of banks and corporations, large stores and, of course, a myriad of bars are situated here. According to statistics in Madrid, the number of bars per capita significantly exceeds this number compared to other European cities. Madrid is considered the most passionate city in Europe, and this becomes evident with the coming of night: the bars are full, music can be heard everywhere and life rages on the streets. The main street of Madrid starts from the 'Plaza de España', where the proud Don Quixote and his faithful squire Sancho Panza sit, and ends at the 'Plaza Cibeles', famous among all admirers of Spanish painting, because this is the place where you can find the golden triangle of art. The 'golden triangle' of Madrid refers to three museums located near each other in the alley 'Callejón del Prado': the Thyssen-Bornemisza Nacional Museum, the Prado Museum and the Reina Sofía Art Center. The collections of these museums are considered to be among the best in the world! The elegant Retiro Park with the Crystal Palace completes this magnificent complex, which is located just behind the Prado Museum.

It is Madrid Austrian, was built in the seventeenth century during the reign of the Habsburgs.

A wide variety of attractions makes this city an ideal place to enjoy the monumental culture of the historic city centre and at the same time immerse yourself in a modern, safe and colourful nightlife.

A special attraction of Madrid Austrian is the oldest restaurant in the world, the Sobrino de Botín Restaurant, which opened its doors for the first time in 1725, where you could dine after an intense walk through the historic centre. The restaurant is listed in the Guinness Book of Records and is considered one of the best places of traditional cuisine in Madrid, whose main dish is the 3-week-old roast suckling pig. Something similar can be tried only in Segovia, since the dish is the business card of the cuisine of this city. What makes the restaurant even more attractive is the fact that Francisco Goya himself worked here as a waiter for some time and Hemingway was a frequent visitor. He used to come here from time to time to have a drink and wait for his muse. When he didn't have his inspiration, he'd invent cocktail recipes, which they made here.
The interior of the restaurant has not changed much since its opening. You can make sure by yourself by seeing miniature models of all restaurant facilities in the restaurant's windows and finish a full day of impressions in an authentic atmosphere.
