My name is Elena, I'm from Minsk and I've lived my whole life in Belarus. I felt in love with Spain since the first visit in 2016 - something inexplicable happened to me at that moment and then changed whole my life. And with each new knowledge of this country I understand that despite the distance of thousands of kilometers, a completely different geographical location and, at the same time, a historical past, Spain is like a great discovery for me, my second birth. There is an invisible connection between our mentalities that seems incredible, common in habits, which gives everyone who comes here the opportunity to feel like at home. And for me the national cuisine feels like an incomparable and powerful wave of happiness and nostalgia for a carefree childhood, when my grandmother used to cook me meals with a flavour very similar to the one of the authentic Spanish dishes.

Only now I understand that food was the most delicious of my life.

Now I live in Madrid and I am happy in marriage to a Spaniard. The most important discovery for me here is to not forget to enjoy life every day, no matter what happens. The Spaniards in this are true experts! And for us, Slavs, this euphoria is very unusual at first time. But believe me, you adapt very quickly. I would like to share my great love for Spain with everyone while helping you get to know this amazing country closer.

Also we will pay special attention to the wine culture and to its tasting in private wineries, the knowledge of the typical grape varieties of each region and the technology of wine production.
